At Velo Nest LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Unopened Products: May be returned for a full refund or exchange.
  • Opened Products: Opened items may be eligible for store credit or a partial refund, provided that at least 75% of the original product remains.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To process your return efficiently, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased directly from Velo Nest LLC.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been fully consumed or contain less than 75% of the original product.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Gift cards.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • A photo of the damaged item.
  • A photo of the shipping packaging.

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

5. How to Start a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Note: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
